Student Mentoring and Counselling

A group of 10 to 12 students are assigned to a qualified, trained, and motivated faculty member who will be their mentor and personal advisor during their two-year journey at the Institute. Each mentor will monitor and assist the students in their academics and guide them in their personal reflection, goal setting, and overall personality development. Orientation programs for fresh entrants, leadership training, public speaking, effective communication, and facing interviews are conducted regularly.
